What is AtlasHub Online?

Our customer portal. You order from a catalogue built around what your business has standardised on, track every order and its expected delivery date, log returns, keep an asset register with renewal dates, and call off stock we are holding for you.

Does the portal cost anything?

No. It is included for Computec Australia customers. It is our own platform, not licensed software with a per-user fee.

Can I see what Computec is holding in stock for me?

Yes. Stock we hold appears on your home page, showing what is ready to call off and what is still arriving. You request a call-off online and it goes straight to your account manager.

Can the portal track assets we bought elsewhere?

Yes. Add them alongside the equipment we supplied, so every warranty, licence and support renewal sits in one register.

Who can see our information?

Only people you nominate. Each login is tied to your account and sees only your orders, quotes, catalogue, returns and assets.
